We are looking forward to meeting you all on this special day. The religious ceremony will take place at the Church of Our Lady of Las Mercedes on Saturday 14th of August at noon. After the ceremony we invite you to celebrate the union with us at Hotel Artaza.

Dress code and other useful suggestions:

• Dress code for men: morning coat. Please feel free to attend with the equivalent full dress option in your culture. A lounge suit is also acceptable for those of you who do not feel comfortable in a morning dress.
• Dress code for women: day dress with or without hat. For any other option please observe that it will be a religious ceremony followed by a morning event. White or pale colours are highly discouraged
• For those of you attending with an extra guest please keep in mind that white collars, leashes, harnesses and gimp suits are not appropriate
• Special alimentary needs: please let us know in advance and we will do our best to adapt every part of the event to your needs
• We strongly discourage the use of phones at our wedding. If you need to be reachable please give the hotel’s number (+34 944 91 28 52) to those who may need you during the celebration. If you really need your phone with you please be respectful with the other guests, have it silenced all the time and do not use it in public for any reason that may disturb other guests (including unwanted photos). This is also applicable to all other electronic appliances such as tablets or cameras
• Due to the nature of the event we are sorry to inform that we fervently discourage the assistance of underage guests

Accomodation: In case you would like to reserve a room for the 14th night please inform us in advance or mention the hotel that you are our guests. For those of you coming from abroad and looking for a more economic option please feel free to contact us for advice.

For those of you not familiar with the area you can easily arrive by public transport. If you are using the Metro system we will organise a meeting point at the elevator exit of Las Arenas / Areeta station at 11:30. The venue is conveniently located so if you are planning to party with us please keep this in mind and leave your cars at home. If for some reason you are coming by car there are enough spots at the venue to allocate most of you.
